1. Service Overview

Sangeet Studio creates personalized custom songs based on stories and details you provide. Our service includes song composition and optional cinematic reel creation for personal gifting purposes.

2. Pricing & Payment

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Payment is required before song production begins.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard orders are delivered within 24 hours. Express orders are delivered within 12 hours. Delivery is via email to the address provided during order placement.

4. Revisions

Standard and Express plans include 1 revision. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Additional revisions may be available at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

A full refund is available if your song is not delivered within the promised timeframe (24 hours for Standard, 12 hours for Express). If you are unsatisfied after using your included revision, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a personal-use license for your custom song. You may share it on social media, play it at events, and gift it. Commercial use (e.g., in advertisements or for resale) is not permitted without written consent.

7. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to decline orders that contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content. All stories and inputs should be respectful and suitable for general audiences.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sangeet Studio provides creative services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for excellence, results are subjective and we cannot guarantee that the final product will match exact expectations.
